MEDRAD® Centargo System Wins Third Design Award

Here we go again! The MEDRAD® CT Injection System has won its third design award. The Red Dot Design Award, the Good Design Award and the International Design Award (IDA).

The MEDRAD® Centargo is a next-generation medical device used to administer contrast agents for imaging procedures. It minimizes the injector touch time by automating manual processes, helping to focus on what matters most in every CT scan – the patient. Thanks to its consistent language of form, the focus is on the interfaces.

Bayer’s Global Project Manager for Centargo, Matthias, said “Excellent news, indeed. I love it. Really nice to see that not only our customers are acknowledging our design that is focused clearly on customer needs, but also design award juries - and not just one, but three.“
