Damian’s passion for design was evident from an early age where he would excel in any work that allowed him to express he’s creative flair. Damian continued to develop his passion and skills for design at the University of Western Sydney and saw his final year project become a finalist at the Dyson International Design awards. This gave Damian some great exposure both in Australia and overseas and was the third time he was able to exhibit in the Power House Museum. Post University Damian began work at an engineering and tool design company called HT Design where he began to hone his skills as a professional product developer, developing his knowledge for tool design and engineering. At HT design Damian was exposed to a number of different working environments where he was contracted out to medical companies and design consultancies. Now Damian is a proud member of the ide team, where he continues to develop his understanding of all stages in the design process.
