Richard Sokolov

Richard loves making a difference by working with others to build new and meaningful futures, through the realization of new products and businesses. This has been a 20 year adventure and counting, starting as a mechanical engineer then going on to co-found IDE as well as ASX listed Atomo Diagnostics.

Richard has worked continuously in product development and commercialisation globally. He has lead teams in start-ups to launch and grow new businesses, as well as within large multinationals, helping them create disruptive products to fuel their growth.

Believing in what is possible, applying the hard earned knowledge of how to deliver and combining it with the grit needed to push through the tough times to achieve a better future, is what makes the adventure worthwhile.
