Olivia Blight

Olivia was inspired to be a medical design engineer since she was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic at a young age. After graduating with a Bachelor of Medical Engineering (Hons), she worked in an orthopaedic start-up and a Defence contractor. She has experience in mechanical design, QMS development, ergonomics and human factors, prototyping, heavy-grade fabrication and testing. Olivia strives to utilise her growth mindset to learn and explore innovation. Outside of work, you will find her in the ocean in red and yellow (surf lifesaving).
