Mathias Berg-Johansen
Mathias is a highly experienced Systems Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the medical device industry. He has a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a background in infection prevention and surgical power tools.
Having previously worked as a Systems Engineering Manager, Mathias was responsible for managing a team of 25 engineers and overseeing the systems engineering, verification and validation, material compatibility, and instrument compatibility activities for a variety of medical devices in a growth business for an ASX listed company. He has a proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Mathias is passionate about medical innovation that improves the lives of people and is committed to developing safe and effective products that improve patient care. He is also an expert in requirement management and risk management, with a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements for medical devices across the globe.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, travelling to warm places and eating delicious spicy food.
