Kristin is a chemical engineer with over ten years of process engineering and project management experience in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. She has experience driving project outcomes and implementing efficient solutions to deliver complex projects against tight targets and strict customer requirements. She's passionate about finding creative solutions to challenging problems and fostering positive team culture that builds comradery and grit.

Outside of work, you will catch Kristin almost always in the ocean doing a wide range of activities- surfing, swimming, surf ski, surf lifesaving and boat racing.
