This forms a basis of the ritual of use (how the product is used and how intuitive it is to use). The other aspect to user behaviour relates to anthropometrics and ergonomics which is utilised in order to optimise the product to human interface. This is an important aspect to product design as it can define and infuence the usability, functionality and safety of the product.
