mass production
ide+ have national and international experienced in the selection and management of manufacturing specialists, toolmakers, attending tool and part acceptance trials and part verification utilising CMM techniques. Our experience is broad and has involved injection moulding, sheetmetal, casting and extrusion tools. We have experience high volume mass production as well as short run production and fabrication.

tooling
It is important to involve manufacturing specialists early in the design phase. This enables manufacturing ownership and higher levels of manufacturing quality to be introduced into the product and ensures that the component and assembly can be produced efficiently. It also can help to reduce the overall product development time by eliminating unnecessary design iterations.

quality control
ide+ can assist our clients to implement quality control processes during design, tooling and manufacturing phases. We also have the capability to design, manufacture and assemble manually operated or automated test rigs and special purpose machines which can be used to verify component or product quality, strength and reliability.
