Pixi Pediatric Wins Australian International Design Award

The Pixi Pediatric Mask was announced as an Australian International Design Award Winner, in the Medical and Scientific Product Category at the 2012 Australian International Design Awards Presentation Ceremony and Celebration last Friday evening the 20th of July 2012.

Pixi Pediatric, designed by ResMed and ide, is a pediatric nasal mask designed specifically for children aged 2-7 with OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea). Pixi is designed to conform to the particular contours of children's faces. With the success of extensive user trials, Pixi is a remarkably comfortable, unobtrusive and easy to use mask that addresses the needs of both children and their carers to ensure safe, effective therapy and continued compliance.
